Audio Problems

  • Test your headset on a different device such as mobile phone or tablet to see if the issue is still present
  • If it does work, check for any debris that may be stuck inside the audio port you are trying to use
  • Please ensure the 3.5mm cable is fully inserted into the device
  • Please ensure you have checked your settings within your device to pass sound through headset rather than TV

If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance

Mic Problems

  • Please check that your 3.5mm cable is firmly inserted to your device. The mic element on the 3.5mm jack is the closest to the cable and therefore needs to be fully seated to make connection.
  • Please check that you do not have the inline controls set to "mute". Use the red/green switch to open the mic up.
  • Please ensure that if your headset has a removable mic, the mic is fully inserted into the headset - you will hear a "click" once in.
  • Check for any debris that may be stuck inside the audio port of your device.
