Shipping policy

 

We are currently only accepting shipments to UK addresses, but stay tuned as we are looking at expanding into the EU and beyond in the near future. 

We currently offer two different services. Our standard shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail 48 hour. Our premium service is fulfilled by 24 hour Tracked delivery. If you are eligible for free shipping due to spend threshold, this will automatically be placed on the premium service. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We will despatch goods on a same day basis if placed before 2pm. If placed after 2pm, then it is likely the goods will be despatched the following day. 

Please note, deliveries will not be made on Sunday and therefore if goods are ordered on Saturday, then please factor this into your delivery expectations .
